This Privacy Policy explains how Suecfa LLC, trading as Amanda & Avery (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit or purchase from amanda-avery.com (the “Services”).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you give us directly — name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number and order details — and information collected automatically when you browse, including IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring site, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, send order updates, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and (where permitted) send marketing and measure advertising.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES WE USE

Each of these may collect information about your visit. We do not sell your personal information for money. Where a service is used for advertising, that sharing may count as a “sale” or “sharing” under some US state privacy laws — see Your Privacy Choices to opt out.

  • Shopify — ecommerce platform hosting this store and processing checkout.

  • Google — analytics, advertising, fonts and maps.
  • Klaviyo — email and SMS marketing.
  • Stripe and PayPal — payment processing. Card details go directly to the processor; we never receive or store your full card number.
  • Shipping and delivery partners — we share your name, address and contact details with carriers and our tracking provider so your order can be delivered.
  • Shop Pay (shop.app) — Shopify's accelerated checkout. If you use Shop Pay, Shopify processes your contact, delivery and payment details to complete the order.
  • Content delivery networks — we load some scripts and fonts from jsDelivr and Google. A CDN necessarily receives your IP address and browser details in order to serve the file, but we do not use them to profile you.
  • Google Maps — used where a map is displayed; Google receives your IP address and approximate location when the map loads.

LINKS TO SOCIAL PLATFORMS

Our site links to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. These are ordinary links — we do not embed their tracking scripts and they receive nothing about you unless you click through. Once you do, that platform's own privacy policy governs what it collects.

COOKIES

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences, measure traffic and support advertising. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may stop working. Blocking cookies may not by itself stop information being shared with advertising partners — use the opt-out routes below.

We do not collect, infer or share special categories of personal information, and we do not pass any such data to our advertising partners. Specifically we do not process information about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, health or protected health information, sex life or sexual orientation, genetic or biometric data, criminal convictions or alleged offences, government-issued identifiers, account login credentials, the contents of your communications, or precise geolocation.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, our Services are not directed to children, and we do not deliver advertising directed to children.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

SECURITY AND RETENTION

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where required we use appropriate safeguards.
