Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of amanda-avery.com and any purchase you make from Amanda & Avery, a brand of Suecfa LLC. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from us.
2. PRODUCTS, PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and include no hidden charges; taxes and any applicable fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm. We take care that descriptions, imagery and prices are accurate, but errors can occur. Where an error affects your order we may correct it, or cancel and refund the order in full.
Product images are illustrative; slight variation in colour or detail may occur between the image and the item you receive. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted.
3. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where pricing was stated in error, or where we suspect fraud. Any amount already charged is refunded in full.
4. PAYMENT
Payment is taken at checkout. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout before you confirm. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never receive or store your full card number. We do not operate subscriptions and place no recurring charges of any kind.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content, or to infringe the rights of others.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site is owned by Suecfa LLC or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners, and their appearance here does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
9. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY
The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
11. CHANGES
We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your order applies to it.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
13. LEGAL NOTICES AND SERVICE OF PROCESS
Formal or legal notices — including service of process, legal demands, disputes, regulatory correspondence and intellectual property claims — must be given in writing and sent to our business address:

A copy may also be emailed to support@amanda-avery.com marked “Legal Notice”, but email alone does not constitute valid service. Notices sent by post are deemed received five (5) business days after posting, or on the date of delivery confirmation by courier. Notices we send you are deemed received twenty-four (24) hours after being sent to the email address on your order.
Enquiries about orders, delivery, returns or refunds are not legal notices and should go to support@amanda-avery.com.
